How long does it take my order to process?
It may take Crave Boutique approximately 1 to 2 business days to process your order before the order is shipped. When we have an increased amount of online order commerce, it may take us approximately 2 to 15 additional business days to process an order. If this is the case, we will notify you by e-mail. We do provide expedited service for an additional fee (please call or e-mail Crave Boutique for expedited service fees).
Items for Sale
The sale of products that are discounted are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Availability of Items
Crave Boutique may cancel your order, or part of your order, if your item is no longer available or out of stock. Crave Boutique will notify you by e-mail if your order is cancelled. If part of your order is out of stock, Crave Boutique will delete the out of stock items from your order, and ship your items that are in stock. Crave Boutique will not charge you for the removed items. Please keep checking www.cravedenim.com for the availability of the items.

Shipping & Handeling
We require a signature for all of our deliveries – this required signature cannot be waived. If you do not enter a valid shipping address, we will send your order to the billing address.

Please keep in mind that it sometimes takes UPS longer to make a delivery. We cannot control a package once it leaves Crave Boutique.
UPS does not deliver on federal holidays.
UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, UPS will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further complications with your delivery: that is why it is extremely important that you give us your most accessible phone number. In the event of undeliverable package(s), the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.
Shipping restrictions (P.O. Box/ A.P.O.)
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O Box addresses. If you do not enter valid street address, your order(s) will be automatically stopped.

How do I purchase a Crave Boutique Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchased on www.cravedenim.com in any denomination. You can also buy multiples of each denomination. You can also buy gift cards at our store located in Historic Five Points in Jacksonville Florida.
Crave Boutique's Gift Card Policy
Buyers who would like to place an order via our online store must call Crave Boutique with their gift card number. You will be issued with the same amount to be used with our website. Secondly, a buyer must select the items that are desired to be purchased and write down the names of the items with item numbers and prices. If you have a gift card, you should not place your order online, because the total of the order will be charged to their credit card without taking the gift card into consideration. *Please note, that gift cards are legal tender; thus, if a gift card is lost or stolen, a replacement cannot be issued.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Crave Boutique prides itself on offering first-class service and top quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 7 business days after being received will all tags in tact, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs.
All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery.
The customer must pay all shipping cost fees connected with exchanges unless Crave Boutique has sent the incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item.

Can I cancel my order
You can cancel your order only by calling or e-mailing Crave Boutique, up to the time the order is shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled via e-mail. Also, if the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
